Your monthly fee will be $129.00 or $159.00 or for 12 months. That monthly fee can be used towards any product or service Livio offers. That includes skincare! Your monthly fee will accrue and can be “banked” for 12 months. We highly recommend using your banked dollars at least 3 times per year to ensure you use all of your dollars. Once you reach your “banking limit” you will continue to be charged but will not accrue past the limit. Membership is for 12 months and will automatically renew.

To cancel we require 2 months notice. Cancellation must be done in person or by phone. In order to cancel before the 12 month period, member must have moved more than 60 miles away and proof of move in writing is required. Enrollment fee is 50 dollars paid once. If you cancel for any reason and choose to re-enroll in the future, you will be required to pay the 50 dollar enrollment fee again. The monthly membership starts the day you sign up and renews on that day each month.

Membership pricing does not apply to specials, sales, promotions or model pricing. Alle and Aspire points can be used at any time. Membership pricing, promotions and offers are non-transferrable and are for the Member’s use only. Particular appointment availability or provider availability is not and can not be guaranteed. All of our providers go through our rigorous training process.

VIP and VIP Plus members agree to abide by Livio Med Spa Policies. Any membership fee that is returned for incorrect card number or card information is considered in arrears and membership services or discounts will not be available until balance is paid in full up to and including current month. Membership fee cannot be paid by any store credit and must be paid by valid credit card only. Membership payments are non-refundable.
